Job Title: MIS Executive – Data Management (Influencer Marketing)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, structure, and optimize data across influencer marketing campaigns. This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, efficient data flow, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and manage large datasets related to influencers, campaigns, and clients
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and client use
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems
- Campaign Tracking
- Track live campaigns including deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics
- Maintain influencer databases (pricing, categories, engagement rates, etc.)
- Coordinate with campaign and BD teams to update real-time progress
- Dashboard & Analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) for campaign performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Generate insights on influencer performance and ROI
- Process Optimization
- Streamline data workflows and reporting processes
- Automate repetitive MIS tasks wherever possible
- Implement data validation and quality checks
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with BD, campaign, and finance teams
- Support invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation data
Key Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing metrics (reach, engagement, CPM, etc.)
- Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Operations
- Experience in a marketing agency or influencer marketing domain is a plus
- Knowledge of tools like Google Data Studio / Power BI is an added advantage
