MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS professional to manage, analyze, and present data that supports business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in advanced Excel and Power BI, with the ability to handle large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain large datasets across multiple sources and levels

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights

Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

Support teams with data requirements and ad-hoc analysis

Present reports and insights to stakeholders in a clear manner

Required Skills & Expertise

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel o Pivot Tables o XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP o Conditional Formatting o Data validation and data cleaning

Strong working knowledge of Power BI

3-5 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good presentation and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
