Job Description

We are seeking an MIS Executive to handle, manage, and update data for a reputable company. You will be responsible for providing support and maintenance to existing reports and dashboards, generating accurate and timely reports, and performing data analysis. This role requires strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Spreadsheets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain, manage, and update data with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide support and maintenance for existing reports and dashboards. Generate and provide reports in a timely manner. Perform data analysis to create periodic reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with various departments to understand management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Technical Support: Handle MIS queries and provide ongoing support.

Skills Required

  • Excellent knowledge of MIS handling, support, and queries.
  • Strong experience in Advanced Excel, including formulas, and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong data management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft 365 and the Google suite.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration is preferred.
