The AOIA organization is a critical enabler to enterprise-wide execution, partnering with global and regional business leaders to drive operational excellence, governance, and strategic execution. With a global footprint across major hubs in EMEA, APAC, and North America-and a strong presence in India-the AOIA function acts as the backbone supporting enterprise priorities, business performance, and organizational effectiveness.
We are seeking an Vice President to join the AOIA team in India, based in Bangalore. The role partners closely with senior India and global leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive governance rigor, enable decision-making through analytics, and support operational continuity. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, communication excellence, and a proven ability to manage complex initiatives.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director, AOIA India and works extensively with India and global leadership teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For (Key Responsibilities)
As AOIA - CAO / COO - Vice President, you will:
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
- Partner with senior leaders to drive India strategy forward and execute enterprise-wide priorities.
- Translate vision, strategy, and thought leadership into clear, impactful executive‑level presentations.
- Provide strategic insights by analyzing data and presenting it for decision-making across senior leadership levels.
Program & Initiative Management
- Plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives and priorities for the business unit.
- Independently identify obstacles, evaluate solution alternatives, and drive the best outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
Governance, Reporting & Analytics
- Lead functional reporting, including preparation of metrics, dashboards, insights, and leadership communication.
- Track headcount, budget, attrition, and resource challenges recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage OKRs, governance cadence, and leadership updates.
Stakeholder Management
- Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and structured communication.
- Navigate complex or difficult situations through negotiation and relationship management.
- Maintain strong executive presence and command over leadership communication.
Operational Excellence
- Strengthen risk culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through analytical frameworks and reporting tools.
- Support business performance monitoring and early risk identification.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Willing to work in shifts as per the business requirements (APAC / EMEA / NAM)
- Bachelor's degree required advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred
- 14+ years of experience in CAO / COO / business management or strategic operations roles, ideally within financial services or global enterprises
- Strong quantitative, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to assess and solve complex problems collaboratively
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and presentation capabilities
