Job Title: MicroStrategy Developer

Overview-

We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong expertise in analytics, dashboard development, and reporting solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting MicroStrategy applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop end-to-end MicroStrategy dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing reports and applications
• Analyze current systems and recommend performance and usability improvements
• Build dynamic dashboards, schema objects, and project designs (facts, attributes, hierarchies, aggregations)
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and solution design
• Develop and maintain MicroStrategy schema and application objects
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience-

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of data modeling
• Proven experience in dashboard development, report building, and project design
• Solid understanding of MicroStrategy schema design, object development, and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills-

• Experience with Tableau
• Familiarity with GCP tools such as BigQuery and Spanner

Mandatory Skills-

• MicroStrategy
• SQL
• (Preferred: Tableau)
