Job Description

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer / Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and integrating it with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM
  • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, forms, and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript
  • Integrate CRM with external systems using Web APIs, REST/SOAP services
  • Perform data migration using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems
  • Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service)
  • Experience in plugin development and custom workflow activities
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration
  • Understanding of CRM functional modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 26+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development/consulting

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
  • Exposure to Model-driven apps and Canvas apps
  • Knowledge of security roles and business process flows
