JD:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Azure).
- Customize and extend the CRM platform using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and system errors.
- Maintain CRM security roles, permissions, and user access controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features and best practices.
