The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and innovative Manager of Business Process Automation, who will drive automation strategy and implementation across business functions, employing tools like RPA, Process Mining, and AI-powered agents. You will lead a team of skilled automation developers and analysts who work together to find, build, and scale intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and digital transformation results.
What You'll Do
- Define & Drive Automation Strategy
- Develop and implement the enterprise automation roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Establish a scalable Intelligent Automation (IA) framework integrating RPA, AI, and agents
- Conduct data-driven process discovery using process mining tools
- Quantify automation potential (cost savings, cycle time reduction, productivity gains)
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and development standards
- Drive continuous improvement of deployed automations
- Manage and mentor RPA developers, analysts, and automation architects
- Drive capability building in hyper-automation and AI technologies
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture
- Monitor automation KPIs and publish executive dashboards
- Collaborate with business, IT, risk, and operations leaders and communicate automation outcomes in business terms
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of overall experience in automation, digital transformation, or process excellence.
- Demonstrated hands on experience with RPA solutions (such as UiPath), process mining tools (including Signavio), data driven process analysis, and advanced AI/ML capabilities, including large language models (LLMs) and agent based automation.
- Lead and inspire team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement. Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
- Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
