Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or freelance role for a Meta Ads Specialist. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing ad campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to drive brand visibility and generate high-quality leads and sales. Key responsibilities include campaign strategy and setup, optimization, performance analysis, audience targeting, budget management, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure engaging ad content. The role involves staying updated on the latest platform trends, analyzing campaign results, and providing actionable insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a solid understanding of their ad policies
• Proficiency in campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking
• Strong skills in analytics, data interpretation, and reporting
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
• Knowledge of creative ad practices, including A/B testing and content strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to align campaign goals and creative content
• knowledge of SEO and shopify is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce or art and design industries is a plus
• Experience working with E-Commerce brands is preferred
