Role: Digital Marketing (Meta Ads)

Experience: 2+ years (Real Estate industry experience)

Location : Sector 45, Gurgaon

Working days: 6 Days WFO (Sunday Off) | 2 Paid Leaves/ month

Must Have:

- Real Estate industry experience | 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) experience

Strong experience in Lead Generation Campaigns

- Experience with Real Estate Marketing (Residential/Commercial preferred)

- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)

- Experience with Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting

- Ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversions

- Experience using Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting

- Understanding of CRM integration and lead tracking

Experience working with:

- CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.)

- Landing Page Optimization

- WhatsApp Lead Campaigns

- Video/Reel Campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Develop lead generation, awareness, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.

• Set up campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, and budgets.

Audience Targeting & Strategy

• Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Identify high-intent buyer segments based on demographics, location, interests, and behavior.

Creative Coordination

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop ad creatives, videos, reels, and copy.

• A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.

• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.

Lead Generation & Optimization

• Monitor lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).

• Optimize campaigns to improve lead volume and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with sales teams to track lead performance and feedback.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs include:

o Cost Per Lead (CPL)

o Click-Through Rate (CTR)

o Cost Per Click (CPC)

o Conversion Rate

o Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

o Lead-to-Site Visit Ratio

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Use Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API for tracking.

Technical Setup

• Implement and manage:

o Meta Pixel

o Conversion API (CAPI)

o Event tracking

o UTM parameters

o CRM integrations

• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.
