Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Google & Meta Ads Executive role based in Noida. The role involves planning, creating, and managing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms for travel industry clients. The Google & Meta Ads Executive will handle keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget management to achieve defined KPIs such as leads, conversions, and ROAS. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, generating reports, and optimizing campaigns to improve results. The role will also collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and landing page experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns, preferably within performance or lead-generation environments.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and related reporting dashboards.
  • Skill in writing clear, compelling ad copy and collaborating on creatives that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Experience with landing page optimization, basic funnel understanding, and coordination with designers/developers to improve campaign performance.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally with exposure to the travel or service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are an advantage.
