HACA is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Mentor to train, guide, and mentor students in running effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The role involves hands-on training, strategy building, and real-time

campaign guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Mentor students on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Explain ad strategy, targeting, budgeting, and scaling

Provide practical, hands-on campaign training

Review ad performance and suggest optimizations

Guide on ad creatives, copies, and audience insights

Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and best practices

Support learners with real-world use cases and case studies

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager

Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns

Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and intermediates

Good communication and mentoring skills

Experience in training or mentoring is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of performance marketing and funnels

Experience across multiple industries

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics (plus)
