Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in Calicut, Doha and Dubai. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and address client needs effectively
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, such as SEO, SMM, and performance marketing
