Sapphire Sourcings is a Delhi-based sourcing and supply-chain consulting firm that works with international retail brands across a wide range of products. We help clients with supplier coordination, product development, costing, execution, and commercial support to build efficient, reliable supply chains in India.
We are looking for a Merchandiser who is sharp, organized, commercially minded, and eager to build a long-term career in international sourcing and merchandising.
About the Role
This role is suited for someone who wants a strong professional career, meaningful responsibility, and hands-on exposure to global client-facing work. You will work closely with leadership, suppliers, and internal teams to support sourcing, quality, and product development execution across projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, sampling, timelines, and approvals
- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, costing sheets, status reports, and presentations
- Support sourcing and merchandising follow-up across projects
- Organize product, supplier, and order-related information in a structured manner
- Track progress, identify delays or gaps, and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with reporting, commercial documentation, and internal coordination
- Use Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc.) and AI tools productively to improve efficiency and accuracy
What we are looking for
- 03 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, vendor coordination, buying support, or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-up discipline
- Highly organised, with the ability to bring structure to large and complex information sets
- Strong at synthesising inputs into clear, actionable communication for clients and internal teams
- Multi-cultural sensitivity and professionalism while working across diverse stakeholders
- Agile learner who can grasp new concepts quickly and translate them into real-time execution
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is preferred
- Based in Delhi NCR is preferred
- Suitable for any kind of bachelor's degree / course, not specifically an industry-related role
- Postgraduate degree / master's degree is a plus, but not mandatory
