Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining inventory, planning product displays, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a visually appealing, customer-friendly store layout. The role also involves collaborating with sales staff, monitoring market trends, and driving strategies to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in Sales, Retail operations, and building client relationships to support revenue growth.
• Understanding of basic Marketing principles to help execute merchandising strategies and promotions.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an eye for design and visual presentation.
• An interest in fashion and sneakers is preferred, along with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
