Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Delhi, India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, managing orders, and ensuring timely production and delivery. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet quality and delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge or experience in Sales and Retail processes to support order fulfillment and business growth
- Understanding of Marketing strategies to collaborate with teams and enhance customer engagement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A background in textiles, branding, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
