Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that products are well-presented, displayed, and available to maximize sales. Daily tasks will include managing stock levels, conducting market analysis, collaborating with suppliers and team members, and implementing promotional activities. The Merchandiser will work closely with the sales and retail teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to enhance the shopping experience.

- Customer service expertise and the ability to address customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in sales and retail operations, with a focus on driving sales performance and meeting targets.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain attractive displays and optimal stock levels.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
