Designation: MEP - Manager

Position: MEP Tendering and Coordinator

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Experience in MPE Systems with 12 + Years of Experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Troubleshoot MEP field problems for projects in the construction phase

· Field construction with hands on experience installing MEP systems

· Writing MEP bid packages, providing budget review and value analysis

· Liaison with the business to understand and meet business requirements

· Assist in the development of standards, workflows, processes, procedures, and guidelines for efficient working methods within project teams

· You will have relevant experience within a desktop environment with very good knowledge and experience of MEP design software Revit MEP within the MEP industry

· You will be able demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all MEP services

· Frequent travel will be part of the job as you support more projects

Knowledge in:-

Mechanical: FFS, Structures, Piping, DG, HVAC.

Electrical: Lighting, Transformer, HT Cable, 11 KVA, Internal Electrical, FDAS, UPS, LV Systems

IT, CCTV, BMS System

Plumbing: Domestic Water, Sewage system, STP, WTP, Rainwater Harvesting, Hot Water system.
