Manager (OSH) Consulting

Salary Range: 480000 - 600000 per annum (the salary range includes 10% variable pay)

Position Title: Manager (OSH) Consulting

Reporting to: CEO

Benefits: 5000 INR towards health insurance, accident cover of 25 lakhs, free telehealth services, and an L&D budget.

About the Role: This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on promoting Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) through advisory and client servicing but not limited only to it. This role will involve development, implementation, and management of projects pertaining to the end-to-end design, implementation, and reporting of OSH in organisational contexts.

We are headquartered in Mumbai with team members based in cities across urban India.

Joining date: Rolling (latest, April 2026)

Key Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can fulfil the following criteria.

  • A bachelor's degree in law, policy, labour studies, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or related field
  • At least 2+ years of relevant full-time work experience, particularly in designing and managing OSH frameworks, systems, and tools including POSH, DEI, Safeguarding, human rights due diligence etc. A master's degree in a relevant field may be considered up to 1 year of work experience.
  • Strong qualitative research and facilitation skills; comfort working with quantitative data is an advantage.
  • Experience facilitating learning, reflection, or sense-making processes combined with strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge of OSH practices and experience in executing OSH-related projects including POSH, DEI, Safeguarding, safety audits etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurial roles, with an ability to showcase high accountability and ownership, and an ability to inspire confidence and motivation amongst other stakeholders.
  • Is able to work collaboratively with a remote team and external stakeholders, is able to problem-solve creatively and ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to share information with clarity.
  • Demonstrates a learning mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, development, and improvement.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Execution of Occupational Safety, Health, and Wellbeing related Projects
    • Lead and support the execution of projects related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), safeguarding, and workplace wellbeing including capacity building, policy review and development, case management, amongst others.
    • Contribute to the design of organisational frameworks, policies, and systems that strengthen safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace cultures
    • Design and facilitate safety-focused learning, reflection, and review spaces (e.g., safety trainings, incident reviews, risk reflection sessions, and culture assessments) to strengthen organisational safety practices.
    • Lead and manage the execution of identified consulting engagements end-to-end, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of all project outputs and deliverables

  • Allied consulting project execution and responsibilities
    • Execution of high-quality consulting engagements as per the allocation on the team, which relate to broader social impact consulting, beyond OSH projects.
    • Maintenance of timely and professional communication with the clients and project management to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Contribute to and co-lead OSH related consulting applications, contributing to the growth of the consulting vertical, particularly in the development of related verticals internally such as those pertaining to POSH, DEI, and Safeguarding amongst others.
    • Research, drafting, and development of suitable proposals/applications to be submitted for potential consulting opportunities.
    • Relationship building and maintenance with current and new, potential partners.
Additional Notes

Please note that all deliverables under this vertical are varied and require a high amount of willingness and capacity to innovate. This role requires the candidate to be comfortable with picking up streams of research and information that they may not have engaged with extensively in the past.
