Role Overview
The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overall clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day medical and administrative operations of the hospital
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and quality protocols
- Supervise and coordinate with doctors, department heads, and staff
- Monitor patient care services and implement improvements
- Handle clinical governance, audits, and accreditation processes
- Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources and cost efficiency
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and discipline
- Address patient grievances and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
