Job Summary:
Janis Care Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive-Hospital Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in managing relationships with hospitals, nursing homes and institutional clients in an around Delhi. This role will primarily cover Delhi and surrounding regions, with coordination with the Mumbai-Bandra head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Surgical Injectable products to hospitals, multispecialty clinics, and institutional healthcare providers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets (minimum proven record of 7 Lakhs in past roles).
- Build strong working relationships with purchase departments, doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
- Execute product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up for order closures.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with the HO team in Bandra for reporting, strategy planning, and logistics.
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and territory mapping.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital & Retail sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience in Surgical Injectable product sales.
- Proven track record of generating minimum 7 Lakhs+ business from hospitals/institutions and Retail.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong market knowledge of the Delhi healthcare landscape.
- Ability to work independently with a sharp business mindset.
