Role Overview
As the Medical Representative Manager Delhi NCR, you will be the key bridge between our clinical excellence and patient outreach.
You'll lead a team of field MRs, collaborate with doctors across systems (Ayurveda, Allopathy, Homeopathy), and drive awareness and referrals .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives across Delhi NCR.
- Strategically plan doctor connect and referral programs (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Wellness Consultants).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with reputed doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Drive business growth through doctor tie-ups, patient referrals, and wellness collaborations.
- Train and mentor MRs to communicate the science and benefits of Panchkarma therapies at home effectively.
- Conduct field visits, track performance, and ensure daily reporting.
- Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams for outreach campaigns, wellness events, and awareness sessions.
- Maintain ethical medical marketing practices aligned with Sri Vaidya®s mission of authentic healing.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Medical Representative Manager / Zonal Head (preferably in Delhi NCR region).
- Prior exposure to Ayurveda, Panchkarma, or Integrative Medicine is highly desirable.
- Strong doctor network in Delhi NCR (Allopathy, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Internal Medicine, etc.).
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and manage MR teams for performance and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Passion for wellness, ethical healthcare, and Ayurveda's revival.
