About The Opportunity
A clinical role in the private healthcare sector delivering inpatient, emergency and acute-care services across multi-specialty hospital settings in India. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality patient triage, stabilisation and routine ward management while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact clinical assessment, triage and stabilization for medical and surgical emergencies in an on-site hospital setting.
- Manage inpatient wards: admit, monitor, prescribe, document progress notes and coordinate care plans with senior physicians.
- Perform emergency procedures and bedside interventions including IV access, wound suturing and basic airway management as required.
- Respond to code blue/critical events and participate in resuscitation efforts per ACLS/BLS protocols.
- Communicate clinical status and handovers clearly to consultants, nursing staff and allied teams; facilitate investigations and referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records, follow infection-control guidelines and support quality, audit and patient-safety initiatives.
Must-Have (Qualifications)
- MBBS degree with active registration on the Karnataka Medical Council Registration / MCI .
- Prior clinical experience in hospital inpatient wards .
- Willingness to work on-site across rotational shifts, night duties and emergency rosters.
