This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Lead copy editor on at least one brand, and backup on other brands
• Copyedit, fact-check, and proofread a variety of promotional and educational materials for physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients from manuscript through print or digital production
• Work closely with Account Services, Copywriters, Art Directors, and other team members to ensure that print and digital materials are of the highest quality in terms of accuracy, utility, clarity, readability, and appeal
• Help Copywriters and Account team with research and article retrieval
• Create and maintain brand style guides

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services.

This may be the right role for you if you have

• 8-12 years of experience in healthcare communications agencies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on pharma/science/medicine
• AMA Style Guide knowledge is MANDATORY (certification not mandatory)
• Experience copyediting in a pharmaceutical advertising agency, in-house agency, or medical publishing company preferred
• Candidates with copyediting experience in other fields will be considered
• Able to multi-task in a faced paced environment as a member of a highly collaborative team
• The desire to work with a diverse group of teams, projects, and clients
• Strong attention to detail, standout English language skills, and top-notch writing & editing skills
