What You'll Do- Conduct structured tele-consultations
- Handle sensitive patient concerns with empathy & professionalism
- Follow clearly defined clinical protocols (SOP-based)
- Maintain accurate digital consultation records
- Clearly communicate diagnosis & treatment plans
Eligibility- MBBS with valid MCI / State Medical Council registration (mandatory)
- Fluent in spoken Hindi
- Comfortable handling sensitive consultations
