Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to support our medical team in delivering high-quality patient care in aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities (especially in English and Hindi), and experience in handling patients in a professional and empathetic manner. Candidates who are comfortable working with diverse and international patients are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assistance
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients.
- Assist doctors during aesthetic and surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety at all times.
OT (Operation Theatre) Support
- Prepare and maintain operation theatre as per medical protocols.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in minor and major procedures as required.
Patient Coordination
- Educate patients about pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism.
- Address patient concerns and escalate when required.
Clinical & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Patient-centric approach with a calm and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of infection control and OT protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or aesthetic center.
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics is a plus.
- Candidates with strong patient-handling and communication skills will be preferred.
