Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Coder, located in Hyderabad. The Medical Coder will perform a range of responsibilities, including analyzing medical information, applying appropriate medical codes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and updating coding methods as necessary to align with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medical Coding and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Certification or background in RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
• Strong understanding of Health Information Management practices
• Demonstrated proficiency and prior Coding Experience
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with compliance standards and relevant coding software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
