Why This Role Exists
As we scale client accounts and onboard new business, our media and account workflows are becoming increasingly complex.
This role exists to:
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal media teams
- Bring structure and stability to account management and operations
- Improve billing efficiency and operational clarity
- Enable teams to focus on their core strengths instead of coordination gaps
What You Will Own
Client Relataionship Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and updates
- Ensure high client satisfaction and trust
Campaign Coordination and Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and delivery
- Track timelines, deliverables, and execution quality across campaigns
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Billing & Operations
- Handle billing queries, follow-ups, and payment coordination
- Improve billing turnaround time and fund flow efficiency
- Bring structure to financial and operational processes
Account Growth and Strategy Support
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support long-term account growth and retention strategies
- Reduce lead times for new business onboarding
Data and Performance Understanding
- Interpret campaign performance data and translate it into:
- insights
- recommendations
- next steps for clients
What we are looking for
Experience
- 34 years of experience in media, account management, or performance marketing
- Experience handling client accounts in an agency setup
- Exposure to digital media campaigns
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of platforms like:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Programmatic platforms
Ability to:
- interpret performance data
- create meaningful insights
- communicate recommendations clearly
