Overview

The Associate Media Manager plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This position requires strong hands-on experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, and performance analysis, along with the ability to manage omnichannel strategies effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of platform nuances and a passion for delivering impactful results aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in ad trafficking through Google CM360, with experience in bulk trafficking
  • Hands-on experience across major biddable platforms, including but not limited to Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
  • Ability to manage omnichannel campaigns through effective budget pacing and continuous optimizations
  • Strong understanding of platform nuances to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering expected performance
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating data into meaningful insights aligned with business objectives
  • Go beyond reporting numbers to build and present a clear, compelling performance narrative to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Foster a team-first environment with strong communication, organization, and coordination skills

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with major advertising platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
  • Strong expertise in Google CM360, including ad trafficking and campaign management
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel media strategy and performance marketing principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in budget management and pacing across multiple campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
