Company Description

Senti is an animation studio building original characters and story worlds for the short-form era starting with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels. Our approach is inspired by how studios like Disney and Pixar built strong, character-led IP, adapted for today's short-form platforms. We test ideas quickly, learn from audience response, and grow successful characters into larger stories over time.

Role Description

We're looking for a Social Media Rockstar to own distribution and performance of Senti's short-form content across platforms. This role focuses on growing viewership, understanding audience behavior, and using those learnings to improve content formats, episodes, and future IPs.

What you'll do

• Own performance of our channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Grow our views, subscribers and retention
• Analyze hooks, drop-offs, loops, and pacing
• Track high-performing Shorts/Reels and identify patterns
• Share clear weekly insights to improve content and formats
• Work closely with the founder and production team on content improvements
• Ensure videos are published correctly with effective titles and captions
• Manage basic community actions such as pinning comments and early engagement

Qualifications

• 13 years experience managing or growing YouTube or Instagram channels
• Strong experience with YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels
• Good understanding of short-form audience behavior
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for storytelling and a keen interest in creating content for the internet generation.
