Media Manager Haut Monde India

Haut Monde India (Haut Monde Hotels Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide Shanti Sajal Research & Charitable Trust) is looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Media Manager to lead our content, media production, and digital storytelling across all brands.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Media Production
- Lead end-to-end execution of photoshoots, videoshoots, reels, event coverage, and hospitality content.
- Oversee brand films, interviews, behind-the-scenes shoots, grooming content, and global pageant captures.
- Maintain a high-quality library of brand assets across all verticals.
Creative Direction & Strategy
- Work closely with brand, marketing & social media teams to conceptualize creative ideas.
- Understand brand aesthetics and ensure consistency in all visuals.
- Develop content calendars, visual storylines, and campaign-oriented media.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage in-house editors, videographers, photographers, and agency partners.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, location setups, and ensure smooth execution.
- Final approval of edited videos, teasers, reels, and graphics.
Event Media Management
- Lead all media deliverables for major events such as Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide (domestic + international).
- Capture weddings, resort events, hospitality experiences & promotional campaigns.
Social & Digital Support
- Provide ready media assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns & PR collaterals.
- Help in building strong social storytelling for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in media management, production, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand guidelines, and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Proficiency in directing editors, videographers & photographers.
- Knowledge of editing basics (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci is a plus).
- Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, events, or fashion industry preferred.
- Ability to travel for shoots and handle fast-paced event environments.
