Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Work on eCommerce & D2C brand campaigns with clear performance-driven objectives.
- Analyze campaign data, interpret insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
- Perform detailed media planning, including audience targeting and funnel strategy.
- Set up ad campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, and budgets for assigned accounts.
- Conduct Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each client.
- Improve campaign performance through new ideas: account structuring, ad copy testing, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and communicate results to internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in Media Buying (Google Ads + Meta Ads).
- Hands-on experience working with eCommerce or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate.
- Working knowledge of:
-Google Ads Manager
-Google Analytics (GA4)
-Google Merchant Center
-Meta Ads Manager
-Product Feed setup
-Looker Studio (basic reporting)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver on deadlines.
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
