About Marketing Lab:

Marketing Lab is a performance marketing agency that helps D2C brands scale on their website and marketplaces to elevate their digital presence and drive measurable results. Marketing Lab needs more Meta Superstars!

Role Overview

As a Meta Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.

This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of creative strategy, and the ability to scale accounts profitably while maintaining target ROAS/CAC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Prospecting, Retargeting, Scaling)
  • Set up structured campaigns aligned with brand goals
  • Daily monitoring of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM)
  • Budget allocation and scaling based on performance trends
  • Perform structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

2. Scaling & Performance Strategy

  • Develop scaling frameworks for D2C brands
  • Identify winning creatives and build scale plans
  • Implement horizontal and vertical scaling strategies
  • Work closely with CRO and creative teams for performance improvements

3. Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance data
  • Identify patterns and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation

4. Creative Strategy Collaboration

  • Brief creative team with performance insights
  • Share hooks, angles, winning formats, and competitor learnings
  • Suggest UGC, static, and video ad angles based on data

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience running Meta Ads (preferably for D2C brands)
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of 5L+
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Pixel tracking & event setup
  • CAPI integration
  • Attribution & funnel strategy
  • Hands-on experience with scaling ad accounts profitably
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred

  • Experience with D2C brands
  • Understanding of landing page CRO
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads (bonus)
  • Experience working in an agency setup
