We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical systems and demonstrate leadership capabilities to manage a team of maintenance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance production.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
