Job Description

  • Perform mechanical design and validation of hardware components
  • Conduct:
  • Tensile strength calculations
  • Load analysis (UTS, SMSL concepts)
  • Fatigue and vibration studies
  • Coordinate mechanical testing as per IEC 61284 (Clause 11.5)
  • Support prototype development and shop-floor manufacturing
  • Failure analysis of field incidents (dead-end failure, joint failure, etc.)
  • Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency
  • Work closely with fabrication and machining teams
