Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in the Pune division. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and explaining the features and benefits of Grava's natural stone offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the showroom's visual presentation, processing customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills with a customer-focused approach to address queries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, manage accounts, and negotiate effectively with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Familiarity with natural stone varieties, applications, and characteristics, as well as the ability to present and explain product features and advantages clearly.
  • Problem-Solving and Teamwork: Capability to resolve customer concerns and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless showroom operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, maintain records of customer interactions, and ensure timely order processing.
  • Additional Qualifications: Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Marathi and Hindi) alongside English is an advantage.
  • Design knowledge: Preferred experience in interior designins or architecture so as to ensure better client experience & growth of the brand
