They are responsible for creating 3D models, 2D detailed drawings, conducting testing, and ensuring designs meet safety, functionality, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities
CAD Design: Create 2D/3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings (e.g., HVAC, structural components).
Prototype & Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate design specifications, safety, and performance.
Manufacturing Collaboration: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes (e.g., plastic injection molding, sheet metal).
Project Management: Manage projects from design conceptualization to final production.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering specifications.
Analysis: Perform engineering calculations (stress, thermal, fluid) to ensure design viability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
