Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Revit BIM Modeler – Mechanical. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed BIM models for mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM Modeling and Mechanical Systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork, Autocad
• Ability to model and detail Mechanical systems including HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, and Firefighting
• Understanding of coordinated BIM workflows and clash detection processes
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Sheet preparation and extraction
• Clash detection and resolution
