- Excellence in Leading & Driving New Product Development.
- Accountable for Launching NPI at PLA capacity, driving cycle time improvement.
- Excellence in Leading end to end capacity of plant.
- Excellence in Leading end to end capex management of plant.
- Excellence in Leading & driving all the phases of project involving evaluation of strategic plans, process & equipment selection, capacity & capex planning, process control, detailed engineering & proposal.
- Excellence in Driving cost optimization, technology transfer, workstation simplification, productivity enhancement, layout optimization and training.
- Excellence in Transition Project Management activities with timebound approach which includes planning, scheduling and implementation of machine, capacity enhancement activities, techno-commercial activities, and quality.
- Excellence in Leading & Driving projects with speed and thoughtfulness.
- Excellence in Effective Communicator and always focusing on business growth.
- Excellence in Leading & driving technical documentation for NPI – DFM, PFD, PFMEA, CP.
- Excellence in Tooling & Fixtures concept design & execution.
- Excellence in Constantly ready to learn and innovate new ideas.
- Excellence in Demonstrating passion & Engagement towards deliverables of project.
- Excellence in Analyzing various processes/applications & recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency
