Job Title: Maximo MAS9 Technical Architect

Job Summary:
Looking for experienced professionals with expertise in IBM Maximo MAS 8/9, solution architecture, system design, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with core Maximo modules such as Maximo Manage, Scheduler, Maximo Mobile, Anywhere, and HSE across deployment models (on-premises, SaaS, hybrid, container-based).
- Bridge business requirements with Maximo EAM platform capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client environments, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Design high-level architectures, integration strategies, and technical blueprints (Cloud, AI, Automation).
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) into technical solutions.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies during proposal and solution phases.
- Support POC development to validate proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- 12–16 years of hands-on experience in Maximo, including MAS 8/9.
- Proven experience designing system and deployment architectures for Maximo implementations (minimum 2 engagements).
- Strong experience with Maximo Manage (EAM core) and at least two of: Scheduler, Mobile, Anywhere, HSE.
- Deep understanding of EAM/CMMS processes and workflows.
- Experience in data integration (IoT, sensors, maintenance data).
- Familiarity with graphical tools for scheduling and model visualization.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of MAS 8/9 platform.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Jython, SQL.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, databases (Oracle/SQL Server), and IT infrastructure.
