Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Developer responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements. The role involves hands-on work with MBOs, Java, automation scripts, and MIF, along with data migration and reporting using BIRT or Cognos.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Maximo applications using MBOs, Java, automation scripts, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Implement Maximo EAM solutions to align with business processes and functional needs.
Design and manage integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
Develop, modify, and maintain analytical reports using BIRT and Cognos.
Handle configuration, data migration, and database management tasks within the Maximo environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and new features.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical and workflow documentation.
