Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maximo Developer with hands-on experience in Maximo Application Suite 8 to support the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise Maximo solutions. The role involves implementing, customizing, and integrating Maximo applications while collaborating with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and recommend Maximo solutions while supporting project delivery.
Guide technical aspects of solution development, integration, and performance improvements.
Participate in MAS upgrade and implementation projects.
Implement, configure, and customize Maximo Mobile and other MAS components.
Provide Maximo consulting services and execute requirement discovery workshops.
Lead the functional design process and collaborate with technical consultants and analysts.
Liaise with test teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create training materials and deliver training sessions.
Assist in business development, staff recruitment, and resource management.
Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to delivery teams.
