Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MAS Admin Lead to oversee the administration, performance, and maintenance of the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Maximo administration, upgrades, integrations, and cloud deployments, with hands-on experience in managing system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration and performance monitoring of IBM Maximo applications.

• Provide user support, including access management and security configuration.

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and implement necessary fixes.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure reliability and compliance.

• Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts across internal and external teams.

• Ensure effective integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems.

• Manage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes-based MAS deployments for cloud-native environments.

• Lead and support Maximo upgrade and migration projects.
