MARS Internship Program

The Mars Internship Program is a robust initiative designed for undergraduate students currently pursuing their degrees in institutions of higher learning. This internship offers young, ambitious minds the opportunity to contribute ideas, explore new perspectives, and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, global organization.

Throughout the program, interns will gain exposure to real business challenges, practical experience in their chosen field, and professional development that will enhance their career prospects.

Job Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher in any related field of study.
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
• Able to start immediately (for mandatory internships, availability to start in September).
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred for Data Analysis, Finance, and Supply Chain roles).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious, motivated, and positive mindset.
• Results-driven and proactive in handling tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to manage projects and engage with Associates effectively.
• Fast learner who's open to trying new things.
• A team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Amenable to a hybrid and/or onsite work arrangement.
