Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Development:
Design and develop custom Power Apps for user-friendly interfaces
Configure and customize components based on business needs
Integrate with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems
Power Automate Development:
Automate business processes to enhance efficiency
Build complex workflows for approvals, data integration, notifications
Trigger flows using events from multiple platforms
Power BI Development:
Design interactive dashboards and insightful reports
Connect to data sources and create visualizations
Distribute insights to stakeholders across channels
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve Power Platform technical issues
Troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks
Provide end-user support
Other Responsibilities:
Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices
Help define internal development standards
Mentor and support team members
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer
Proven experience with Power Apps development
Strong skills in data modeling, transformation, and visualization
Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse
Proficient in JavaScript and web technologies
Knowledge of IT project life cycle (planning to implementation)
In-depth understanding of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Experience integrating with Dynamics 365
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and work cross-functionally
Self-motivated, creative, and improvement-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of DevOps tools and practices
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
Experience working with global teams
Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL
