Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Guest research & interview prep:
- Become a digital detective- stalk (professionally) guests across LinkedIn, YouTube, Crunchbase, and podcasts
- Build 360 guest briefs that go beyond the bio
- Pull unique angles that help our host build rapport and ask what no one else does
- Draft custom guest intros & outros that hook the audience in the first 10 seconds
- Strategic & story-driven question crafting:
- Create intelligent, emotionally resonant, and curiosity-piquing questions
- Align every question with the guest's voice, our audience's pain points, and the brand's expertise goals
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and the social team to turn episodes into killer content across platforms
Tools you'll work with (experience not mandatory, but a plus):
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Notion (not mandatory)
- LinkedIn, YouTube, Crunchbase
- Canva (for simple graphics)
- Podcast platforms like Spotify & YouTube
