Job Description

At Haris&Co, we're redefining how brands grow across every touchpoint. As a Marketing Strategist, you'll be the central force driving end-to-end marketing activities for brands — spanning digital, creative, performance, and offline channels.

You'll take complete ownership of brand growth by building and executing 360° marketing strategies across social media, SEO, paid campaigns, creative direction, and offline initiatives. From planning to execution, you'll ensure all verticals work in sync to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-channel expertise, and leadership. You'll collaborate with multiple departments — social media, performance marketing, SEO, design, and production — aligning efforts to create impactful campaigns. As the primary point of contact for your brands, you'll ensure clarity, consistency, and performance across all marketing efforts.

  • Manage brands by overseeing complete 360° marketing activities across all verticals.
  • Build integrated marketing strategies covering social media, SEO, paid ads, creative campaigns, and offline activations.
  • Align and coordinate with internal teams (social media, performance, SEO, creative, production) for seamless execution.
  • Plan and supervise content calendars, campaign rollouts, and brand communication across platforms.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives including paid ads, funnels, and conversion strategies.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure strong brand storytelling and campaign consistency.
  • Identify growth opportunities across digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all verticals.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated with market trends and implement innovative ideas across brands.
  • Act as the primary client contact for strategy discussions, reviews, and planning.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns with proper coordination across departments.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, pitches, and expansion strategies.
  • Be open to travel for client meetings, shoots, and campaign executions when required.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing strategy or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and offline campaigns.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple brands and scaling them across channels.
  • Hands-on experience in paid marketing, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Experience working with marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
