We are building a fast-growing EdTech & skilling brand and looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Lead to drive growth across B2C enrollments and B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C enrollments for tech & analytics programs
- Build B2B corporate training partnerships (HR/L&D teams)
- Establish college/university alliances for add-on programs
- Plan & execute lead generation campaigns (digital + offline)
- Manage sales funnel, conversions, and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years in Sales/Marketing (EdTech preferred)
- Strong B2B sales & partnership experience
- Excellent English & Malayalam communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch
- Experience with CRM tools & digital marketing
Success Metrics
- B2C enrollments & conversion rates
- B2B revenue & corporate tie-ups
- Academic partnerships (MoUs)
