Job Description

We are building a fast-growing EdTech & skilling brand and looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Lead to drive growth across B2C enrollments and B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C enrollments for tech & analytics programs
  • Build B2B corporate training partnerships (HR/L&D teams)
  • Establish college/university alliances for add-on programs
  • Plan & execute lead generation campaigns (digital + offline)
  • Manage sales funnel, conversions, and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–7 years in Sales/Marketing (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong B2B sales & partnership experience
  • Excellent English & Malayalam communication
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch
  • Experience with CRM tools & digital marketing

Success Metrics

  • B2C enrollments & conversion rates
  • B2B revenue & corporate tie-ups
  • Academic partnerships (MoUs)
