Role Description
This is an internship role for a Growth Intern at Xlearate. The intern will support growth initiatives across lead generation, outbound outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and basic analytics. You'll work closely with the founding team to test growth ideas, improve funnels, and help bring in qualified business leads.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential clients (SMBs, e-commerce brands, startups)
- Support outbound outreach (LinkedIn/email) with personalized messaging
- Assist in building and maintaining lead lists + CRM updates
- Help with content distribution (LinkedIn posts, case studies, basic marketing collateral)
- Track performance metrics (responses, meetings booked, funnel conversion basics)
- Contribute growth ideas and run small experiments (A/B tests on messaging, offers, landing page copy)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Marketing/Business/Communication/IT preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and writing skills (English)
- Comfortable with research, internet tools, and spreadsheets
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in startups, digital marketing, sales, or growth
Bonus (not required):
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO, web development, or performance metrics
- Prior internship/project experience in marketing, sales, or community growth
