Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-onDigital Marketing & E-Commerce Executiveto manage and grow Devasya's online performance channels and customer communication platforms. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, analytical skills, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
WhatsApp Marketing & CRM
- Plan and execute WhatsApp campaigns for new launches, store events, promotions, and customer re-engagement
- Manage WhatsApp automation flows, broadcasts, and segmentation
- Work on improving customer experience and conversions via WhatsApp
- Coordinate with store and customer support teams for follow-ups and queries
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta ad campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, and conversions
- Manage creatives, audiences, budgets, and performance tracking
- Analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics to improve campaign efficiency
Google Ads (SEM)
- Manage Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and optimise ad copies and landing pages
- Monitor budgets and continuously improve ROI
Shopify Admin & Website Management
- Manage Shopify backend including products, collections, inventory, pricing, and content updates
- Coordinate website updates for new launches, banners, and promotions
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and basic analytics
SEO
- Work on on-page and basic technical SEO for the website
- Optimise product pages, collections, blogs, and metadata
- Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-friendly content
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing tools and automation
- Practical experience running Meta and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience managing Shopify backend
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion or retail brands
- Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, and WhatsApp CRM platforms
